@Lila15 Wait and see. There has been a huge shift in Geopolitical power that has happened and the US is on the losing end. The president of the USA can't even get his 'friends' to answer the phone. The US dollar just became worthless as Russia China India have all moved away from the US petrodollar. There is a huge shift that has taken place and too few people are aware of it.
@Lila15 Actually it is true. Russia and India just did a major transaction and bypassed the the US dollar completely. Russia and China are setting up a currency based on gold. The US dollar is paper and thus worthless.
@hippyjoe1955 The ruble is worth less than a penny. Other than gas prices, which are already coming down, inflation in the US is mostly due to supply issues as COVID recedes. The dollar is as strong as it ever was. If it wasn’t, China’s economy would be crashing.
Any currency based on gold or any other commodity is subject to massive fluctuations. It’s one reason the US ditched the gold standard.
@Lila15 Nope. Nice that you read American propaganda. The only currency that is in trouble is the US dollar and those that tie themselves to the dollar. Notice inflation? Guess what that means????
@hippyjoe1955 I think you’re the one reading Russian propaganda. And how convenient that you personally know some Ukrainians.
The inflation started well before the invasion and is worldwide. Face it, your credibility is shot after you predicted how everyone was going to die from the vaccine. But if it makes you feel better to shill for Putin, have fun. Even Tucker Carlson is backing off his earlier claims. “Too funny!”
@Lila15 Nope. Just financial magazines pointing out the obvious. The world does not need American dollars when American dollars are simply the creation of a printing press. No more value than monopoly money.
@hippyjoe1955 I don’t make up media sources like you do. Other people on here have provided sources, and all you do is dismiss them. If you’re going to claim that the entire world is wrong, you shouldn’t be ashamed of your sources. Unless you’re a paid Putin propagandist.
@Lila15 You haven't proven anything beyond making your statements. I know the sources I read and tend to trust them. They haven't lied before and their explanation does make a lot more sense. Tell you what try to find the story about India buying oil from Russia. It is all over the news. Then think about what that means to the US. Next look at the response Biden's phone call to Saudi Arabia got. here is a hint (it was ignored).
@hippyjoe1955 There is a huge political shift in the US right now but it started way before any of this Russian bullshit, you are blaming the wrong people
