Jussie Smollett found guilty of five felony charges in staging hate crime against himself…

I wonder what this will mean in terms of how he’s sentenced. No question it was a really stupid thing to do, considering that actual hate crimes still occur.

@Peaches I’m hearing that he was trying to get some attention to somehow boost his career. A singularly stupid way of going about it. He had to know he’d be found out. And now, even if he doesn’t go to jail, his name is pretty much poison in the industry.
