That a fixed penalty or maximum?

Makes no odds to me because I've continued wearing masks in buses and shops anyway - as have many people; and no I do not regard it as "tyrannical", any more than I regard the laws on food-safety imposed on shops and cafes as "tyrannical".

@ArishMell You must as well say fining people for not wearing seat-belts is tyranny.
