Great. I support that move.

Okay, comrade. @Wol62
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@Carissimi You are the anarchist, refusing to obey a democratically elected government.
Carissimi · 70-79, F
How can that be when I support the Constitution 100%? I suggest the government is not doing the will of the people and are acting more like communists than free loving Americans. Anyway, this is about the UK, conservative government who seem to have forgotten they are conservatives. @Wol62

It’s people like you who burnt innocent women at the stake. Mass hysteria and authoritarianism are right up your alley. @Wol62

@Carissimi most people forget that constitution is the higher law of a nation. PMs come and go. There orders are not law.

A democratically elected pm/president whose words become law is a democratically elected dictator. Constitutions are made precisely to evade such an ending.

When the constitution is violated, the nation ends right there, became the social contract is broken. Most nations have already become tyranny. There is no tyranny coming. It is already here

Would you mind reposting this as a stand alone response on my post? I want to give it Best Comment Award. @SW-User

@Carissimi no I don't want to get highlighted. I am here to establish myself as some sort of intellectual.

I am here to flirt with girls. I commented here because I saw a lot of hateful comments, just to keep things balanced

I mean I am not* here
Carissimi · 70-79, F
Okay, but I’m awarding it to you anyway. You don’t have to be an intellectual to make sense, but thank you for you being an equalizer. Yes, very hateful comments here from those who seem to be tyrannical themselves. @SW-User

@Carissimi Burning women at the stake was a good job, the pay and the conditions were excellent.
Carissimi · 70-79, F
Okay, psychopath. @Wol62
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@Carissimi Someone had to do it. Back in that scientifically illiterate age.
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@Carissimi Like they did during WW2 when they introduced conscription, like they did in 1983 when they made it compulsory to wear seat-belts...you can't say you weren't warned.

@Carissimi Tyranny lives in men only. Where else have you seen it? It is not imposed from outside. It is invoked from within.

Remember, no tyrant can rule by himself. He has to first awaken tyranny in the spirit of man. When more than half of the population agrees to tyranny in the name of Science/religion/economic inequality, it officially starts to look like tyranny
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@SW-User This is the part where you fail to name the person in the UK who will be the tryant...
Carissimi · 70-79, F
That’s how Hitler, and the Nazis brainwashed a population into hating Jews. @SW-User

@Wol62 the tyrant has no face. It takes up a face when it can and the destroys the man whose face he took. Then, he moves on, to return only when he can find another face.

In Lotr, Souron had no face but he could establish himself in all men in whom he could invoke tyranny.

@Carissimi Hitler didn't do it all by himself. no one can do all of that alone.
Carissimi · 70-79, F
Of course. Biden didn’t do this all by himself either. @SW-User

@SW-User Unlike most countries there is no "codified" constitution in the UK. It consists of various laws and act of Parliament voted on democratically. It cannot be compared to constitutions in other countries - it constantly develops over time and is not bound by the decisions of past generations
