I just watched a video from the Kyle Rittinhouse trial.
It was of the guy who had his bicep shot off.
He admitted that he did have a gun, not a phone like a lot of people were insisting.
He admitted that Kyle didn't shoot him until he pointed his own gun at him.
Do you think this will be a game changer in the trial??

The video was from the trial and uploaded by Dad_bod_1973 on TikTok.

Not so much of a game changer, as it's more evidence that Kyle was acting in self defense.

@BizSuitStacy I'm not sure what other videos are out there of the incident but the ones I have seen show him defending himself against hostile aggressors. Unarmed but still aggressors.
@Dainbramadge I've seen several. One in which Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and a convicted child molester angrily confronted him first along with several others. Another of Rosenbaum chasing Kyle through a parking lot, eventually cornering him. That's where Kyle shoots him. Another of Kyle running down the street. You see him trying to give himself up to law enforcement driving by. Another as Kyle is being chased, the falls. This is where Anthony Huber, 26,convicted of felonious strangulation, false imprisonment, 2 counts of domestic abuse and use of a dangerous weapon, attempts to hit Kyle with a skateboard. Kyle, on the ground, shoots and kills him. And that's when Gaige Grosskreutz, 26, who had been convicted of being armed with a gun while intoxicated, draws his pistol. There is a debate as to who pointed the gun first, but Gaige engaged a man on the ground with a rifle and nearly got his arm blown off. The skateboard in this case, was being used as a weapon. And there is no question about the pistol. There may be legal issues for Kyle transporting a firearm across state lines, but I believe he acted inself defense.
