I just watched a video from the Kyle Rittinhouse trial.
It was of the guy who had his bicep shot off.
He admitted that he did have a gun, not a phone like a lot of people were insisting.
He admitted that Kyle didn't shoot him until he pointed his own gun at him.
Do you think this will be a game changer in the trial??

He admitted he was shot in self defense.... kind of ruined the prosecutors case.

@FreeSpirit1 I know right. But I think they will still attempt to get Kyle on something just to appease the public that thinks he was in the wrong.

@FreeSpirit1 I also saw one witness say the other guy who was shot said he was going to kill people .... the prosecution is either throwing the case because they believe it serves justice or they are bad lawyers, not knowing what a witness is going to say isnt good. I dont know if he was the aggressor or not but if looks like a mix of both.
