So if there was an injectable birth control medication

that if you had it administered you could still get pregnant and therefore should still wear a condom..... Would you get the injection?

I think it'd be doing the opposite of birth control if I, as a cis dude, can get pregnant from taking it. But if it was like a male birth control that reduced pregnancy in women, sure I'd take it once I got into a sexual relationship. Condoms aren't 100% effective and I just have to trust that the woman's taking birth control (which also isn't 100% effective). If she gets pregnant & doesn't do the fetus deletus, I'm gonna be saddled with supporting that child for the rest of my damn life, which is especially bad since getting custody is extremely unlikely for men. Really, I think taking that birth control is just a basic measure to cover my ass.

That said, I'd rather get a vasectomy.
