So if there was an injectable birth control medication

that if you had it administered you could still get pregnant and therefore should still wear a condom..... Would you get the injection?

There already is an injectable form of birth control. It's called the depo shot. It's supposed prevent pregnancy for up to 3 months. Of course you do have to keep getting the shot as well.

The thing is you can still get pregnant regardless of what method you're using. Even if you're using condoms while it's rare you still could get pregnant. I mean birth control is there and usually is effective, but there's always the percentage who ends up still getting pregnant. You're taking a risk either way.

I mean I recommend the birth controls if you'r for sure you don't want to get pregnant, but some of these medications can mess you up and make it hard for you to get pregnant later on should you change your mind. That's another thing to consider.

Me now I wouldn't get on any birth control. I'm getting older and already having issues fertility wise.
