Do you like the Winter?

I love the changing seasons

There are things about winter that I really love. The cozy feeling staying indoors, cooking soups, stew, chili, casseroles or baking to help warm the house up. Lighting candles and putting them inside the fireplace to create a glow at night. Light snow, watching it and drinking a hot drink….something peaceful about snow. Also like driving through the countryside seeing the leafless trees and looking for hawks or owls that are perched on the branches.

Nope. But it is beautiful when it snows.

I do love winter. It is a nice change of weather that brings about a different lifestyle than summer. I enjoy the snow, and skiing.

Yes, I was born in January. I love the low sun in the sky, the shortness of the day. The coldness, and the stillness.

I like the winter except driving. ( I don’t like driving anyway). Now I’ve fixed that I’ve retired and drive when I want to, stay home if I don’t want to drive.

I’ve been trying to get all our roads either heated to melt the snow off or a roof over them. 🙃

Pretty much -- much better than Summer, anyway. Prefer cool weather in Spring or Fall, then Winter, then I hate the heat of Summer.
