It seems like most of the country is experiencing a warm winter.

Only one measurable snowfall so far this winter here in New England. We are more than half way through meteorological winter and just 16 days away from half way through astronomical winter.

And the days are getting noticeably longer. It works for me.

@redredred Yes, I like the longer daylight in the evenings. That way, I can get my walk in after work.

Open water in Toronto harbour almost no ice to speak of in the lagoons and there is not enough time left in winter for the ice to form to any thickness to delay an early spring launch... effectively the winter that never was...
