Winter is announcing itself here in Perth

I was at a soccer match earlier today.
A sustained downpour saw the ground become dangerously waterlogged.
The first match was called off at half time and the second match was abandoned, with player safety taking precedence.
Wet weather forecast all next week. Even so, the rain will do little to add to dam levels.
