I used to be able to turn over the soil of at least 50 trees in couple of days with a simple hoooo

So deep too. Up to 30cm in fast draining soil..and deeper to guide the water from the valley.

Now I cannot even do a ten. It's alarming 😖


And all thanks to spending the last year mostly doing work in clinics. I lost all endurance and stamina. Shrinked my physical ability to null.

I am determined though to get back into shape. I must 💪🏼I don't want to be challenged by yesterday's problems.
