🤗🌳 A story of a tree hugger (earlier today)

Earlier I went outside and found a big tree on the street, I hugged it and stayed there, I could feel energy with my hands.
Although I am still unable to feel the trees, but I will, I know I will, I communicate with them anyhow.
I kept my body there and I begun to cry but such a relieving way.
A woman came by and asked if I am okay, I laughed and told her, if you see someone hugging a tree, most probably they're good hahah she said, oh I am a doctor and I had to ask, I thanked her for her consideration but inside me I thought , Oh if I saw someone hugging a tree and crying I would know that they are in a good place,
at least at the right place for the moment. Not to undermine her. Just, it's odd for our civilization ..but it truly is healing. Nevermind. 😁
Something has shifted in me and I now feel the trees more, or let's say again, or let's say, I feel them quicker, like a similar feeling I would get about nature after living a week in a camping, now I am getting the feeling instantly.
I am happy about that. Very happy.
Qigong helps I'm sure.
And this is a super oversharing post but hey I hope at least was entertaining!
🤗🌳

It is actually my wish to live in a forest next, a treehouse would be my ideal scenario.
Will you built me one? 🥹

Tree/forest bathing is the best way for me to destress and find happiness. I haven't done it in months and maybe that's why I feel a little blue.

@Boeing yes I should! I'm glad you reminded me! I want to get my x country ski boots fixed or buy new ones so I can ski in the forest. At a leisurely rate to be int he moment
Boeing · 36-40
@JimboSaturn it sounds cool, I've never skied, ever! let alone in a forest... You should though, it sounds great
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
@Boeing I live in the country never forests and countryside. The skis make it easier on the snow.

I want to build a tree house as a meditation relaxation place. You did experience the negativity flowing to the roots of the and the positivity flowing through your hands. Your tears were probably as much joy as sadness. So happy for you!
Boeing · 36-40
@SageWanderer but I was wearing those thick hiking boots... yes it was natural tears that there is no need to name, relief, excess tension, joy...yes...
Boeing · 36-40
@SageWanderer I wish we will both built our tree houses! I want to build one and live there:)
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@Boeing I think your vibration would travel through those boots considering how attached you were.
H1raeth · 36-40, M
I'm amazed you got real feelings from doing that. I must try it.
H1raeth · 36-40, M
@Boeing Warm white LED bulbs, like this:

Boeing · 36-40
@H1raeth yes those are sweet, but not too many to disturb the other life, birds, insects, etc...
Kathleen23 · 46-50, FNew
@H1raeth nature is good
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
I used to take drugs too. 🙂
Boeing · 36-40
@MoveAlong sorry to disappoint! 🤣
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
@Boeing Not at all disappointed. I was never more in touch with nature than when I was doing mushrooms. I quit using drugs because it was not compatible with my career path which I needed to stay on to take care of my family.
Boeing · 36-40
@MoveAlong it's spending time in nature and the qigong I practice which makes you slow down...I am sure your family would love picnics :)
I'll help you build one. 🥹

@Bexsy that'd be amazing!!! I was a very weak child and when others were building treehouses I couldn't climb up there to enjoy them and I wanted to! But now I am not only strong but also smart and I can make ladders and stuff! It'd be fun to build it too!
:)
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
You will have to help with the build. Lol.
Boeing · 36-40
@JackDaniels yes of course! I would go up a down with a wind ladder!
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
@Boeing find your tree. 😊
Boeing · 36-40
@JackDaniels I have found it but it is in a public domain, I don't know how I can claim it..
Levenrack · 46-50, M
But, you're on your own with the construction project.
Boeing · 36-40
@Levenrack Actually I know I can do it if I really go for it, but receiving some help would be so nice 😊
Levenrack · 46-50, M
@Boeing When I retire I'd be more than happy to help with side projects like that. 🫡 Let's do the math. So, I just turned 48, have no savings, divorced in 2016, and have significant debt.

The only things I have going for me are....
My overall health, which is a lot better after I tackled my sobriety, minus the recent gallbladder removal.
After this school year I'll be done paying CS, cause my youngest will be graduating. and of course if or any inheritance, which I'm not even considering for retirement.

And...... I just overshared again, didn't I?
