My water pipes are frozen under the ground outside my house. How do unthaw them?

Do you have a well house?

@HappyCamper74 yes, but theres water coming up to a water pump about 15 ft away from my house. So the water must be frozen somewhere from right outside my house to the pump.

@melissa001 try opening all your faucets inside the house . Put some type of heat source on the water line where it comes into the house. Plus it wouldn't hurt if you had some type of heat source in your well house. And I'm sure your pipes are insulated inside the pump house.

@HappyCamper74 my faucets are on and I've had a heater facing the pipe coming in under the house. It's warm under there. I think it's somewhere between right outside my house to about 15 away from the house. I have water flowing to a pump about 16 feet away from the house. So it leaves me to believe the it's frozen from after the pump to my house.

@melissa001 it most likely is. I know it's frustrating. Having the faucets open and heat on your supply line is about all you can do. I would call a professional plumber to come out to fix it ASAP. You don't want your pipe to burst. Water expands as it freezes and can cause a rupture in your line. Better safe than sorry on something that important.
