Today’s the day my sister shuts down her summer party pad for real this time 🥺

She intended to last weekend, but had some friends from out of state visiting this past week, so she decided to keep it open for one more week so they’d get a chance to enjoy it while they were visiting. They left early this morning, so now she’s packing up her pad today. Summer’s officially over for me now. 😔

Awww... not being a teetotaller, you know I'm not, is this when you start not drinking as much? As much only to say you never said you weren't stopping entirely.

It's always sad to feel the end of summer... 😔 I'm being basked in summer and humid days after an August where Autumn felt rushing in.

Go for one more swim!!

When I get off work now it's so dark now I can't even see the ducks upon the river. Not that I ever had a drink with me when I got off work but I think you know my meaning. 😌
