I think I was in the second grade. I went to a Summer camp outside the city. I was so scared at night that I peed in bed the whole time. When I got home my dad took all my clothes and washed them before my mom got home. I also took a bath. 🤗

Only one summer, my hs offered it and it was the best! They had lil workshops and a lake to kayak but my favorite was all the pranks I got into😂 i wanted to copy what Id seen on movies and luckily my other friend was on board, we drew on some of the girls faces when they were asleep, banged on the boys cabins at night and pranked one of the kitchen staff a lot because he was cool. Lmao it was a lot of fun. If the lake was closer we wouldve tried to move someones mattress onto it too. 😝

when i was in grade 1 i went with my school....i bawled my eyes out cus my mom wasn't there. the next year my mom and my brother came...i wished they'd stayed home 🤣

Nothing. I hated being told what to do all day. Had enough of that during the year in school.

Never, I used to have severe anxiety just thinking about it. 😅 But maybe I would have actually benefited from it.
The closest to it I experienced was a week long art workshop when I was 16. Almost everyone spoke Hungarian there and I was miserable most of the time but at least I met two really awesome girls that were super friendly and lots of fun. Sadly, one of them died a few years later because she had some serious illness.

Yep,i always went to the same camp with friends.
You could learn languages,ride horses,attend tech or acting classes
Everyone was part of a "house" and competed against eachother. 2 weeks of fun

Yes, 2 summers in Boy Scout Camp after my mother's death.

I went to a youth camp because I got in trouble. It was court mandated, changed my life.

Boy Scout camp a few times. Loved anything to do with water.

Once with girl scouts. I liked all the crafts and outdoor activities

Yes…. I remember being tortured with noogies, wrestling holds, pressure points, etc. plus I was pale, skinny and really freckly all a recipe for teasing.

The last time I was at a summer camp I got stung by ALL the bees 🐝
