do sun beds actually make u look older?

i usually fake tan but when it starts to wash off it looks so dirty. i also hate the process of using self tanner. i want to start going to the sun beds maybe a few times a week to get a tan but i’m scared to look 40 by the time i’m 30.

you can see it on people that go to the beach all the time - without sunscreen

and the effect is has on people living in higher elevations
