Why is Labor Day weekend considered the end of summer?

It’s my favorite holiday by a long shot. Like you mentioned it’s the first sign that cool weather is approaching and the beginning of college football 🏈 and the NFL. It’s the most wonderful time of MY year lol

@GBPackersFan For me it's a depressing weekend. But I can see your point! After a week or so the fall colours start coming out and I enjoy the cooler weather and football.
