I hear thunder!
It’s been raining off and on today, but just started to hear thunder. Checked the weather map, and yes, storm headed this way. Kind of excited, think it’s the first one this spring here.

@crystalkid I bet we got over 3-4 inches already. The low areas in the city were flooding.

@crystalkid yeah I think it did. The storm drains were overwhelmed for awhile

That happens here too. Guess they can only be designed to take so much at a time @cherokeepatti

@crystalkid Used to be much worse. Used to see flooding at the university in some of the buildings because of it and they redid the storm sewers and didn’t have the problem there after that. But some areas still have problems. Tree branches and debris clogs the drainage creeks pretty bad in some spots.
