I Love Thunderstorms

i miss the days when i used to live in South Africa, and like, you can go like a week or 2 without any rain and then all of a sudden you see the clouds rolling over, and you can smell a freshness in the air, then you hear the thunder and see the lightning before it starts raining!! we dont get that a lot here in Scotland, it mostly just rains here (a lot) lol

oh i can imagine, it must get really cold, especially with the wind chill from the Baltic as you say!!

well, where i live in Greenock, we can see the clouds coming over the hills too, but it rains so often here, that once the rain comes, it usually stays for a few days!! seeing the mist like that must be cool!! so. how different is the weather in the East to the west? the only time iv'e been over the west side of Scotland was when i went to Edinburgh to watch Morton beat Hibs in a cup game like 4 or 5 years ago!!
