I Absolutely Love Thunderstorms and the Rain

There was a light drizzle here earlier, but I was inside a building with lots of people so I didn't hear it.

I hope it storms here, I love watching the storms roll in which is funny because as a child I actually had a fear of thunderstorms. I think it was the loud roar of thunder that often had me shivering.

I think its natural to fear thunderstorms as a child. The loud crashing noise can surprise you when you least expect it. As an adult, it could still frighten some, but like you, I enjoy it. I think it makes me appreciate the roof over my head even more than I already do. It somehow comforts me, like a warm blanket.

I love them too. The should of the rain on the roof. The way the thunder can make my tummy roll. The brilliant show of streak lightning. I love it all.
