More menz should like flowers and talk about their favorite flowers.

Here's one from today. My favourites are poppies and cornflowers.

So much variety in flowers, even just within one family such as orchids, they are indeed beautiful in a multitude of ways ... and they are too fleeting, having such a short window in which to appreciate them and the bees and butterflies visiting them each year

Where I am in a subtropical area the best part of winter is that camellias start blooming ... then when azaleas begin blooming in spring the camellias are still going for a little while and you get to enjoy both at the same time ... in contrast the forsythias seem to be finished blooming in a matter of days, blink and you will miss them

I like vine plants better though. I can't wait to put my heartleaf philodendron back outside so it can grow it's "legs" again.

I love flowers out in the wild and in gardens.

I must say that flowers in a vase sitting on a table do little for me.

Actually lovely Miram, my fav flowers are orchids.
