I see a lot of people here saying yes. I suspect they're just assuming details or trying to give you a hard time for fun.
The only way that would automatically sound flirtatious is if the surrounding conversation set it up to be flirtatious, or if I were a horny man who assumed everything women do is for the opposite sex or purposes of attraction.
If you didn't say anything else that should give them an impression of romance, it's not your fault.
