I have some plant gnats how do I get rid of them without harsh chemicals?

They are driving me nuts, I do have a lot of indoor plants but this is the first time I've had this issue

Couple drops of dish detergent in a spray bottle of water. Not too much just a couple drops usually works.

@icedsky do you spray it near the plants?

@icedsky I didn't know I could do that I was afraid it might hurt the plants but I'll try it
