I'm now a proud father of a carnivorous plant

Which is ironic for reasons I shall not discuss at this time

Where can I get one and will it survive here and can it eat mosquitoes?

@Miram I found mine at a grocery store for $7 but you can get them pretty much anywhere that sells plants. They'll survive outdoors during the summer in most places. They're native to North and South Carolina and live in bogs so keep that environment in mind. They won't eat mosquitoes tho. Female mosquitoes eat blood to be able to reproduce and don't eat nectar, so they won't land on it themselves. Male mosquitoes are strictly nectar eaters so they might land on it and get caught, but they don't drink blood anyway, so not very helpful
