What are you planting this year? 👀

[c=BF0080]My baby plants.. I think 5 different tomato varieties, a baby cucumber, a couple of red peppers(skipped the hot this year b/c I wasn’t using them so much last year), basil, oregano, parsley, mint, chocolate mint, rosemary, lavender, marigolds everywhere, humming bird flowers I think it is that my neighbor gave me seeds for 🤔 and I think that’s it besides my front garden of regular plants in the ground. [c=BF0080]What are you growing?[/c]

@MellyMel22 Holy crap! You need a backhoe. 😅

@Degbeme [c=BF0080]I said hell no, I’m sorry. I’m not doing that again, I physically cannot handle it. You can’t even see the roots that are below 😳[/c]

@MellyMel22 I don`t blame you for saying no to her. Just by looking at what you can see means there are twice as many underneath. If she wants them gone she can pay someone to do it.

@Degbeme [c=BF0080]Exactly! And guess who she’d expect to care for them? She said my side looks terrible with yours done. We’ll get some matching mulch and cover your roots 🤷‍♀️😂 I’m not going to the store and lugging it in and outta the car for you. The first time she asked me to do it(2 years ago I believe) our water thing on my other neighbor’s area didn’t work, so I was filling up water jugs multiple times at once to water the front plants. So my other neighbor said oh you should do it for her(the planting) I feel bad. I said are you gonna fill gallons of water and carry them through your house to water them every day just for her side? Are you gonna cut all those roots and the ones you can’t see?? The watering now is no big thing b/c we got the water hookup on the other side fixed and have a hose, but just planting itself, no thanks. That’s a lot to expect of someone. I’m good w/her, but no one enough that I’m gonna cause myself pain for a week at least for it. [/c]

His idea he can do the f`n work. Don`t be throwing ideas out for someone else to do. 🙄

She owns the damn place she can do the work unless she`s in her 80`s.

@Degbeme [c=BF0080]Exactly! The nerve! They think b/c they’re older it’s diff from me having legit spinal issues. Even if I didn’t, that’s not my responsibility- that’ll hurt someone whose perfectly healthy. [/c]
@MellyMel22 Your neighbor is CRAZY.
As you've pointed out, the thee roots are more dense and thicker, below the ground.

They can do some nice raised beds.

What is with these lazy azzhats?

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON [c=BF0080]Thank you.. She thought since I did my side, I could do hers 🙄[/c]
@MellyMel22 Maybe if they paid you a ton of money? But even then no sane minded person would install a garden there, NOPE. Bad bad bad call. You're hurting the trees.
MellyMel22 · F
@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON [c=BF0080]I’d prob die if I tried 😆[/c]
@MellyMel22 Even with a professional rototiller it would not happen. Only if Mr. Hulk, the CGI version one ;) could make it happen... 🤔😁😂😂😂

It's an ILL conceived notion.
>>>*Your neighbor is CRAZY* rofl.

Show them some photos of lovely potted gardens ;) And maybe just cut them loose....

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON [c=BF0080]My side was bad too, but not as many thick roots. [/c]
