Don't you just hate when you go to the park and see some backward cap wearing kids just meandering around?

Now this isn't something that has just come on with old age, I hated those kids even when I was a kid. Just meandering around the place, delinquent like with no real purpose, usually one of them has a really tiny bike or a scooter of some kind and wear long track pants and a hoodie. And they don't just sit with their friends or play ball or something, nope, they just meander about the place. WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!?!?! I've never understood it. Sit, don't sit, go for a walk, don't walk, but it's like they pick a radius of some kind and THEY JUST MEANDER!!! With no direction at all. I feel sorry for whatever half conscious, brainless chick they knock up at some party some day. When I'm dictator all these meanderers are being round up and given 19 years hard labour. That'll learn em!!!
