Arkansas has a state park where the public can mine diamonds.
Do any other states have a state park where this is allowed? Someone said Tennessee does.

You can mine for diamonds almost anywhere. Finding one is a different issue.

@Mamapolo2016 I want to fish in a location where there are fish. Why fish in the Dead Sea? The same principle applies to diamonds.
