@eli1601 So far, they're paying pretty well, but getting the work done and documented has been horrific.

I'm a bit jaded as far as Insurance Companies go, but it does seem like they've learned some lessons on how to deal with catastrophes since I last personally fought with them over Katrina.

Hell, even the state DOI seems to have a better handle on things now.
