exploring Ghost Lake today

Ghost Lake is on Shades of Death road. Not hard to see why I put this on my Halloween calendar.

Shout out to the youtube video that helped me find the cave known as Faery Hole.

Native American pottery was found in here. The cave continues back a little further, but tighter. Also another tight passage that goes straight up.

That has a definite Halloween vibe to it. I would love to see it in twilight or an early foggy fall hike. Bet it would be surreal! Thanks for posting these pictures.

@SageWanderer I was here years ago on an early summer morning with the mist rising off the water. I put it in my head back then to come back at Halloween time.
