My babies I started early on indoors are thriving.
This year, I did some wildflower seed scattering in beds and containers versus just potted plants. Growing from seed teaches patience, and hope.
So many things in life come from a seed. Surviving even fire that consumes the land, to one day germinate and burst forth.
My favorite part, is the joy of a new colorful little surprise nearly every day! Like this delicate red flower. Plus they are all pollinator attractors. The little bee on the poppie is in his heaven...
There will be more scattering come fall. 😍

@akindheart Besides the zinnias and poppies, not even sure what they all are. There is a large assortment in the packages. My cosmos I scattered off to the side of the yard got eaten by grasshoppers! Lol! Guess it made something happy.
