Took a nap outside
Accidentally, but it was nice. Was sitting with my garden, staring at the green and pretending the brightness of it could heal my eyes somehow. I started listening to the birds, some buzzing sounds, traffic, planes, people in the neighborhood talking and walking around or doing yard work; and I fell asleep. Must have been about 20 minutes, but it helped me feel a little better. Better than laying down for hours has lately. (Maybe my blood pressure’s been low and that’s why regular naps weren’t helping) I needed to be sitting up, and getting some sun and fresh air. Should start doing this every day the weather is nice.
