Any tips for catching a garden rat ?

Got traps included a sonic trap which unfortunately killed a squirrel first....nothing is working.

I hate killing. But we used to put sticky pads. The mouse used to get stuck on it. My mom then used to force me to get it out and free the mouse.

@revenant it'such more cruel when someone loves and leaves you to dry out and you have to see her everyday.
