Nose to almost nose with lavender and rosemary in my garden. Inhale deeply. Intoxication. Putting out garden sculptures, decor. This is the life I

always dreamt of. Just one thing missing. Working on that too. What intoxicates you? Can you name 3 things? Preferably not addictions. Happy Tuesday.

I went to a meeting last night. It was amazing. I was drawn into the speakers words. I left the meeting feeling empowered. I don’t think anything is as intoxicating as inhaling the words of another and feeling like life is full of light even during the darkness.

A second is sitting with a rod in hand fishing. There is nothing like the moment the rod dips down and there is the tug…and uncertainty of what’s on the hook.

Completion of a project is the third for me. I truly enjoy the planning stage and the end stage. I like walking away thinking I’ve made a difference.
@Canuckle Great answers too. I used to fish as a child with my dad and my 4 brothers. Was good. Sitting on boulders. Bringing home a fish as large as the one laundry tub!

The power of inspiration. Absolutely. That is why you enjoy my poetry. Do you like horror stories? I whip them up. Let me know. I will send one to you. People on SW do not read horror much.

Making a difference is so vital for well-being. Success after hard work. Bravo.

@PoetryNEmotion Wow! That’s a big fish.

Sure post a horror story. I’ll make some popcorn.
@Canuckle Yes. I will pull up one for you. I do have some post-apocalyptic ones on here. I cannot send links. You could find those on my profile. I will send you one or two.
