Dandilions.


Not thechnically a flower, but it growns wherever it wants to grow, and is strong enough to defeat concrete.

A lot of people prefer the rose. A flower that requires optimal care and soil, and still more often than not hurts you with its thorns.


By comparison, dandilions are much stronger, and won't let anything get in its way. It thrives no matter where it is, breaks barriers, and of you remove one, a new one will always come back. They're survivors.


And as a bonus: a child is more likely to pick dandilions to gift their parent,because they see the beauty and also won't be harmed when picking it.


I always admired them.
(Sure, there are thorn free roses, but they're freaks of science, not natural)
