I get stoned from even a small dose of paracetamol. They don't really have it here, but I was in europe about to do a presentation and I had a wicked neck-ache from the plane ride. So my colleague gave me two and within minutes I was looped and couldn't really present.

@DownTheStreet paracetamol doesn't really work that way. However it comes in a combination of other meds. That your colleague might have given you or the dosage potency was too high. It's usually 250-500 mg.
