i chucked away that bottle of Buckleys cough and Grip syrup and got NyQuil , its way better tasting than Buckleys Dreadfully Awful Taste

Just go up to someone listening to Lil Wayne and ask them if they know where you can get some "Lean" it'll cure your cough and anything else bugging you.
