the meteorologists seem to indicate this year will not be as pretty as in the past, too much heat and too little rain.

@samueltyler2 For some bizarre reason we got more rain/less temp than usual in our area (still have mosquitos... normally the few we get are gone by end of June/early July) Maybe we will see more color.
Hope it means more snow.

@samueltyler2 We hardly ever get it in SE England, so it's a bit of a novelty. The trouble is, it catches people unprepared.
