We are always cold.

My daughter and I are always cold. We have the heat on, the fireplace going and I have at least 4 heated blankets around the house, plus one on our beds She has a heater in her room and I have one by my smoking area and by my bed. My poor boy lol. He's never cold

Is your home insulated ?
You'd be amazed how much cold air comes in through your roof and cavity walls if you have them.
Do you have a loft or a cellar ? They too are notorious for cold air movement.

Did you both have covid? I got the mean chills when I had it last year that lasted months.

@NativePortlander1970 I wouldn't say they are under weight either. They eat well. 3 healthy meals 2 Snacks. They don't drink much pop at all. Like I said I'll talk to her doctor at her next appointment. I just always figured we were cold blooded lol

@Cigarguy101 Definitely have all of your hemoglobin and iron levels checked, anemia and low iron isn't fun.
