No, I'm sorry to say that I don't. The pain in my wrists usually wakes me up several times a night, and I usually have to get out of bed once I think I am down for the night, and take a load of allergy medicine and spend some time sitting up and coughing.
Thursday I had a LOT of errands to do, and they all got done, but I wiped myself out and slept for four hours in the middle of the next day. I haven't felt right since. Maybe it's "Hurricane" Lee right off our coast, but I feel like the living dead.
@cherokeepatti @Jimbo7 No Fibromyalgia, thankfully, but when a hurricane passes by it affects the tendonitis in both wrists VERY badly, and in general makes me stiff and sore when I first wake up.
@PhoenixPhail Thank you!!! After three years, my right wrist almost doesn't hurt at all, but if I overdo with it, it gets swollen and painful very easily. The left wrist was injured far worse, and includes an injury to the middle finger joints, and it happened less than a year ago...so I assume I have at least 3 more years of THAT.
@4meAndyou I use a pain-relief balm I get from Dollar Tree. It works surprisingly well, especially for $1.25. It has the same active ingredients as Tiger Balm, but in a more pleasant base. And it's a LOT cheaper. For the price, I think it's worth a try. 🫂
