You don't really do anything at all with the information, other than to read what that information is attempting to tell you about a growing trend or direction that a country is going in.

The USA has become a Protectionist, Isolationist country over the past 2+ years. The reason the US farmers are going bankrupt is because their markets are drying up. Those markets however, have primarily been located outside the continental boundaries of the USA, namely China.

Last year, China stopped accepting ALL soybeans from the USA because Trump put tariffs on Chinese goods being sold on American shelf-space.

As a result, American farmers have zero marketplace to sell their soybeans today, which means those same American farmers never planted a soybean crop this year in the USA. Why would you plant a crop of soybeans when there's no market to sell it to?

The fact is, American soybean farmers never planted ANY crop this year in the USA because most farms cannot quickly transition from one crop to another overnight, mainly because ordering seed for spring planting is usually done 8 months in advance of that crop being planted by the farmer.

So you see, the perceived issue of AI taking over American farmland after the US government allegedly bankrupts the American farmer and takes his land just like they stole the land from the Indians, cannot actually happen. This is because the US government is technically insolvent and cannot even pay the interest-owing on the US National Debt each month.

AI taking over farms is sort of like the bank holding your mortgage on your home when you declare personal bankruptcy. The bank suddenly owns a home that it never intended on owning. Suddenly the banks are in the real estate business, a business most banks know little about. The US government knows nothing about farming, yet now it's alleged that they're taking farms from American farmers through AI technology? I don't think so!

What the information in this thread is telling us is a tale of a failing Nation that's quickly sinking under the weight of it's own debt and gross incompetency at managing itself.

If the USA is such a great country and is allegedly totally self-sufficient without involving any other country in America's affairs, how is it that in a country of 330 million people that an American farmer has to go OUTSIDE the USA to sell his crops?

China doesn't sell it's crops to foreign nations! Canada isn't dependent on other nations buying Canadian wheat either! Most wheat grown in Canada is sold within Canada to bread companies and baking conglomerates.

Why then is the USA wholly dependent on other nations buying American crops to keep the US farmer afloat by purchasing American farm goods that are exported from the USA? Why are American crops not purchased by American conglomerates within the USA, we must ask?!

I should also point out that when Trump slapped tariffs on Canada, the first thing Canada did was halt all imports of American dairy products into Canada. Now the American dairy farmers are going broke because their ONLY customer was Canada. WTF is that about?

The same thing happened with American booze. When Canada was hit with US tariffs, Canada halted ALL imports of American-made alcohol. Now, American distilleries are going bankrupt by the dozen because their ONLY market suddenly refused to take their alcohol products!

How the fukk is it that in a country with 330 million people, that an American distillery can go broke because it can't sell it's own product in the USA?

If AI takes over anything in the USA it will be the government itself that gets taken over by default.
