I Live On a Farm

The sheep are quite noisy right now! The lambs bleat for their mothers and the mothers reply but more interested in grazing than seeing to their lambs! Sheep are funny. Some of the farms have started shearing but ours will be shorn last week of May. It's our half term and we all love helping out. We don't get to shear but we pack the wool and make sure there's plenty of food and drink for the shearers.

Yeah, that's why we only wanted two.. farming is very hard work that a lot don't understand.

Sheep are good as pets. Especially the lambs that lost their mothers. We call them Mollies. Farming is a lot of work. But we work together. I think that makes up for the hardship.
