Try working at the recycling center at my old job. During summers it gets over 120 inside the building...I almost had a heat stroke there while drinking a bunch of Gatorades. I can rarely walk to the break room while my vision was blurry and
Losing consciousness. Thankfully I got there in time dumping my head in ice cold water...

My other worker, two weeks later he passed away as he collapsed in heat stroke in front of us.

@FreestyleArt they should provide electrolytes to the workers in such conditions. I have heat intolerance. Almost had to go to the hospital once after mowing the lawn. I was given watermelon & salt and got turned out. Watermelon & salt has what you need when you get overheated. I had gotten very nauseous and that’s one sign that the heart is stressed.

Oh you big baby, It’s gotten to 38 F. Here And more Here for weeks, with few exceptions.
