We took Amtrak to DC today. We were stopped for construction and had this view of nature out of the window. Nature is beautiful sometimes, we are in a watch for severe thunderdtorms.
I used to take the MARC commuter rail into DC every workday, on the same tracks that the Acela and NE Regional trains ran on.
Yet my office moved to the suburbs so I drive now (yet there were public transit options). Then, I moved closer to work, and now driving is the only option.
@fun4us2b there was an even mote amazing looking portion earlier but the train was moving fast and my phone wasn't handy. There was a pond with water flowers.
@samueltyler2 I'm in Maryland and I was wondering if you went through the Brunswick Rail yard even though I know the train doesn't stop there anymore. Only the Marc trains make that stop. Anywhere you're in brush fills filled Country, it all looks the same. You would see that same view out the window sitting stopped if you were on the C&O Canal.
@samueltyler2 yeah, once you get out of the baltimore DC corridor going east or west... The whole state is pretty much rural. But people who live in areas like you do are under control of this high-debt population. People...
