Chinese guy puts a $10 bet on horse at the tote.
He sees the odds at the bookies are 10 to 1. The horse gets up and he goes to the Tab to collect. But only gets a 5 to 1. Payout.

He challenges the payout clerk, why the difference between the Tab odds and the bookies? The clerk tells him "fluctuations".

He yells back at the clerk " fluck you Aussies too"!!
