protest to the school board on behalf of the school children that their time is better served studying something else? you can be their hero .. this is the man who freed us from studying algebra 😃
The whole "order of operations" (PEMDAS and BODMAS) nonsense is what irks me; I've been a licensed contractor, an engineer for aerospace company, an engineer for heavy machinery company, mechanic, welder, etc. etc.
and not once have I ever encounter nor needed that bullshit; like those silly equations, it serves absolutely no purpose outside of a classroom...
