@Adrift Have you seen the nests that some birds weave from vines? Those are so neat & tidy too.

@cherokeepatti most of the ones I have seen were your typical nests made by doves and Robin's.
I used to brush the under coat from my dog every spring and just leave the fur out in the yard for the birds.

@Adrift I’ve seen a lot of nests with pieces of cassette tape or even VCR tape woven added to it, and sometimes shredded paper that has been thrown away. And sometimes the stuffing out of a pillow.
