Camping advice?

Hubby and I have owned our little log cabin for about 11 years now I would say. It's not very fancy and it's not very close to home but it's peaceful and it's ours. We had some great times there and memories with friends. Now we are debating selling it and buying a small campervan for camping instead. So my question is. For those of you who have done both which do you prefer? Camping in in cabin, or a camper van?

I've always felt very drawn to camper vans and the freedom they bring. My husband and I had narrow boats and that's a similar concept. I think you probably get more comfort in the cabin, a decent mattress but being on the move has to be the winner for me still 😊

@PatientlyWaiting25 loved the camper we had in Australia, not sure it would be as good in the UK.

@ironborn I think it depends where you go with it. There are some beautiful part of the UK, Scottish Highlands, Wales, Yorkshire, Cornwall.

@PatientlyWaiting25 just thinking of the roads and traffic, and campsites..the ones in Aus were great, nice and clean. Roads clear too.

@ironborn we have the camping and caravan club here. I have been to a few and they were ok.
