Football is bad weather sport. It is at it's best when the weather is shit. From the origins of rugby being played in the muddy rain soaked fields of England to modern grid iron.. it's best when the weather is the worst
@Notladylike people would die without it in the modern gridiron style of play. Rugby and footie players are smart to not want anything to do with the game. They actually have pretty good post-career quality of life and life expectancy stats not playing a game where the equipment lets you hit like a small truck
