@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Yes the investors are ruining it for them. They caused the housing prices to go up here a lot too. They were snatching up “fixer uppers” and spending money to have them remodeled and tacking the cost plus a hefty profit on the prices. People were moving here from other states where real estate prices are ludicrous thinking they got a bargain in comparison.
